3. Client Authorization Requirement

For VAPT, Penetration Testing, Security Assessments, and Security Audits:

The client must provide written authorization confirming ownership or legal authority to test the target systems, applications, domains, APIs, networks, or infrastructure.

Maximus Atlas shall not be liable for any unauthorized testing requests submitted by a client.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, reports, training materials, assessments, methodologies, software, graphics, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website remain the exclusive property of Maximus Atlas unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Any security findings, vulnerability reports, assessment results, or client information shall remain confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written consent except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maximus Atlas shall not be responsible for:

  • • Third-party attacks
  • • Cyber incidents occurring after remediation recommendations are delivered

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Our services may utilize third-party platforms, security scanners, cloud providers, APIs, and software tools. Their performance and availability are outside our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
